Meet Our Veterinary Team

Paul W. Webb, D.V.M.

Dr. Webb was raised on a small dairy farm in Sidney, Ohio and was a 10 year 4-H member, graduating from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1974 and opening Millersburg Animal Clinic in 1975. He has a bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science and owns a Standard Bred breeding farm and boarding facility. His favorite animals are horses and cattle and his favorite past times include watching horse races and spending time with his grandchildren.

Katie Shull, D.V.M., CVA

Katie grew up riding and showing horses and was a 10 year 4-H member in Noble County. After graduating from East Noble High School in 2007, she pursued a Biology degree at Indiana Wesleyan University and graduated in 2011. Her veterinary degree was obtained at The Ohio State University in 2015. Dr. Shull has practiced small and mixed animal in Ohio, Indiana, and Florida. Her interests include surgery, ophthalmology, and acupuncture. In 2019, she attended the Chi University to gain her certification in small animal acupuncture. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and painting.
